We always get yearly family photos done, but it is also important to me to have photos with my HUSBAND! Sometimes with kids, it’s hard to find the time and energy to make time for each other, but I have been working very hard to make it a priority in our marriage with date nights and time with each other when the kids go to bed. I always say “I believe marriage should be celebrated,” and I believe it with my whole heart!
The reason why I am so passionate about wedding photography is because of my own marriage. Weddings are about so much more than the pretty florals, gorgeous gowns, and perfectly paired table linens. Don’t get me wrong, those things are great, and I LOVE photographing them. But, even more than that, weddings are truly about two people committing a lifetime of love, loyalty, and commitment to each other. I care so much about capturing these feelings of joy and excitement as you vow forever on your wedding day than I do about anything else.
