5 years. This beautiful couple is celebrating 5 years of marriage this summer! These two cuties entrusted me to capture the love, magic, and spark that they still feel day in and day out, even with 2 kids under 2. And I couldn’t be more smitten with Colorado anniversary sessions after this one.
Brenda and Kevin are high school sweethearts and got married in Charleston! (Anyone want me to photograph their wedding there?!?! 🙂 Soon after, Kevin joined the military to serve our country. When I asked what their best marriage advice is, they provided two answers. First, always talk about everything no matter what! The good, the bad, and the ugly. And second, always take time to refresh and recharge the friendship and love. They also said to roll with all of the changes that life brings your way. Army life has thrown a lot of wrenches in their plans, and letting go of things that you can’t change has allowed them to be more positive thinking about the future! And I love that.
